Our youth will learn algorithmic thinking, which is a piece of very valuable knowledge, even if not all of them will become a programmer. We will help them learn new programming languages and technologies by letting them play games relevant to their age group, using their acquired skills. The individual and group activities significantly enhance the creativity, problem-solving, and communication skills of the children. It is very important that the children feel the experience of being successful and they become open and brave to initiate their ideas. This will have a positive effect on their results in school.
Is this going to be just extra time in front of the screen? How this is different?
It is natural for children to use computers, tablets, and smartphones. By teaching them computer coding, we enable children to spend their screen time not only as passive users but as active creators.
What type of courses we provide?
We offer classroom-based and online courses and camps in more than 10 different coding, robotics, electronics, and digital topics, e.g. programming, robotics, mobile application and web design, game design, digital intro (for the youngest ones), and more. How does the online courses look like?
The LIVE online course is similar to our in-person courses: it consists of 90-minute long weekly sessions. The online course takes place on the age-appropriate Microsoft Teams video conferencing platform. Groups have 6-10 students only so that the lesson can run optimally for all participants. During the live session, students follow the instructions of the trainer and work in a project-based concept. To keep the lesson interactive, students can see the trainer's shared screen, and they can also share their screen with the instructor for guidance in real-time. The curriculum taught in the online course is the same as the one in our in-class courses.
